With the Standard solution you can choose among 10 different finishes and different furniture collections created by our interior designers. You have more than 50 combinations available.
The Custom solution allows you to customize the finishes according to your needs.
For Standard floor plans and renderings:
– plan in Jpg, Pdf or Dwg format (Autocad 2000 version)
– roof sections for attics, otherwise the walls will be indicated at full height
– indicate the points of view of the interior renderings on the plan if you want to customize them (otherwise they will be defined by our interior designers). For more details, see the “Materials to be sent when ordering” section of the Terms of use.
For Custom floor plans and renderings:
– what requested for the Standard solution plus
– info about the finishes to be used in the rooms (textures and photographic references)
One for each floor.
Every order refers to a single Floor plan. If you have a multi-floor project you need to create one order for each plan.
Yes, if it’s possible. Otherwise the 2D/3D floor plan will be scaled considering known elements (stairs, doors, etc …).
No, all common parts are exluded from floor plans and renderings. Private gardens or courtyard are included.

You can customize the following finishes: floors, bathroom coatings, door colors and patterns, window structures and colors, wall colors, color and type of balconies and terrace floorings.

Interior renderings can be purchased together with the floor plan or as a single product.
The 3D virtual tour is an option for the floor plans, so it’s needed to request a furnished 2D or 3D floor plan as well.
Yes, you can indicate the point of view in the materials you provide. Otherwise the point of view will be chosen by our designers.
We won’t create exterior renderings of outdoor areas even if pertinent. You need to request an exterior rendering for those areas. Please contact us if you need a custom quote.

Yes, you can request a customized project or furniture if Standard and Custom solutions don’t fit your needs.

Standard solution: we will stage the photo of your empty room with one of our furniture. We can do it also with photos of gardens and balconies.
Plus solution: we will change finishes and furniture and completely transform the look of a photo. This solution is perfect both for furnished rooms and unfinished ones.
Both Standard and Plus solutions don’t include changes such as walls removal or renovation of facades.

Within 24 hours after placing the order (on Mondays, in case of purchases made over the weekend), you receive a coupon code by e-mail to be used to request the plans provided in the bundle.
The code needs to be entered in the shopping cart, before proceeding with the payment, to reset the cost of the floor plan. The use of the code does not preclude the purchase of other products in the same order.
The code can only be used on 2D or 3D Standard Products.
There are no refunds or extensions of the code validity if all the plans are not requested within the terms of validity.

For orders with more than 10 floor plans, the delivery will be delayed agreeing the timing with you.
Yes, you will receive the images in high-resolution for printing (tiff or png and jpg) and low-resolution for the web (jpg).

We’ll send you an email with a link to Dropbox, the platform we use to share the files.
By clicking on the link you will be redirected to a Dropbox page. It’s not essential to have a Dropbox account to view and download the files, but it is essential if you want to send us comments for the review included with the purchase of one of our products.
Either way, we strongly recommend you create a Dropbox account, it is totally free and you can have access to the history of your renders whenever you want.
In the “Product to download” folder you will find all the renderings of all the products you ordered.
In the “Review or approval” folder you will find the renderings for adding comments relating to the review. It is possible to comment only on the Floor plans in this folder, as the interior renderings and the 360° renderings are generated from them. Any comments added to other images will not be taken into consideration.
To comment, simply select the area relating to the changes and add the comment. Once you entered the comment you just need to press the “Post” button.
You have 3 working days to request the review. After those 3 days the project will be considered approved.
If you are happy with the result, you can add a generic approval comment so we can close the order immediately.
We remind you that a revision is included in the purchase price. To find out which elements you can change please check the Terms of use page (3.12).
